This year's training will be based on Lead Like It Matters by Craig Groeschel. Together, we'll discuss the book's key principles while exploring how they align with Scripture and can be applied to ministry and everyday leadership.

As leaders, we owe it to those we serve to continually develop the gifts God has entrusted to us.
