LifeHouse Church is committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for our youth, so all adults serving with children and teens will be required to complete a background check if you're already not cleared.

Helpers include- teacher assistants, food serving and security. If you are unable to volunteer this year, please select that option and skip the rest of the form.
